Pur-Rinse Ionized Air Rinse System

The Pur-Rinse Ionized Air Rinse System is a waterless rinsing machine for non-returnable empty containers. This ionized air rinse system was developed for use in high speed beverage canning operations. The Pur-Rinse is the first commercially acceptable system to replace conventional water rinsing systems. It also features the patented Air-Vac technology. The concept behind the Air-Vac principle is the use of high pressure ionized air as the cleaning agent. This combines with a continuous vacuuming process at the opening of the container to help remove and collect debris from containers.

Conventional Water Rinsing

We provide conventional gravity water rinsing machines for empty can applications and special customized water rinsers for full can rinsing applications. For clients who need the complete system we can provide can inverters, gravity tracks, base frames and access platforms.

Full Container Washers

Full container washers are for when production require more than a simple spray rinser. We can supply custom container washing systems to clean your products. These machines clean cans, bottles, plastic trays, and plastic pallets and are custom designed for the client’s application.

Full Container Washer features include:

• Made of stainless steel heavy duty construction with reservoir for collecting and filtering the water
• Multiple spray manifolds with recalculation pumps
• Steam injection – hot water and detergent dispensing capabilities
• Vented hooded enclosures with safety interlock protection
• Self contained Nema 4x control systems.
