Features of Fully Automated Capping Systems
- Caps Belt Conveyor
The Caps Belt Conveyor is designed for cap transportation, metallic or plastic through the conveyor belts, magnetic belts, blow air system - Cap Distribution Bulk Hopper
The bulk hopper is located near the main cap bin storage, and features a vibrating cap feeding and regulation system that extends from the build hopper to the cap feeder. A large capacity cap bin is located at the operator level for easy loading and gentle product handling. - Discharge and Recovery of Caps
Designed to recover caps after production thanks to a by-pass device activated by pneumatic system.
Cap Feeders
We provide cap feeder machines designed for the feeding purposes of cork caps, aluminum, PVC and more for sorting of the capping machine.

- Cap Storage aprox. 0.8m3
- Clear Metracrilate dust folding cover over inclined belt. This allows visualization and access to the caps.
- Height and incline angle controlled by adjustment wheel

- Photoelectric sensor can be fitted in the capper´s hopper.
Blow Air System
We provide blow air systems for the feeding purposes of plastic/rigid caps that are stored away from the capper, or in a special cap storage.

- Offer the distribution of caps through blow air
- A Bulk Hopper can be placed (max. 150 m.) according to the specifications of the customer
- Photoelectric sensor fitted in the cappers hopper
Cap Feed Orientator – Waterfall System
We provide Cap Feed Orientator that is designed to supply caps to the capping machine, while making the role of cap sorter and cap feeder.

- Made of AISIO 304 Stainless steel construction
- Machine feeds and orients standard caps up to 150 mm of diameter

Centrifuge and Mechanical Cap Sorters

- Recommended for caps that have less diameter than height.
- Output extends up to 300 cph
