Robotic Pail Palletizers

We provide robotic pail palletizers that are robust and rugged enough to handle the highest rates in the industry. These pail palletizers are perfect for the package paint/coatings, lube oils, bird seed, pool chemicals or pickles industries.

These palletizing robots can handle a variety of combinations of pails/cases, pails/drums and specialty containers such as jerry cans, all with the same end of arm tool. These machines are designed and manufactured with auxiliary equipment that includes scoop inserters and doily placers. These features will insert plastic sheets between products and lids, thus eliminating dried products caused by crowning.
