Stretch Wrappers & Pallet Wrapping Machines

Our stretch wrappers offer concurrent stretch wrapping. This concurrent stretch wrapping process is cost effective and space saving. These machines are a great alternative to stand-alone wrapping machines. Our concurrent stretch wrapping maching is optimized to palletize and wrap the load as the load is built. With concurrent wrapping, the loads are stabilized during the palletizing process.

Our stretch wrapping machines provide reliable wrapping with no impact on palletizing throughput. If the film breaks during load build and wrap operations, recovery is automatic. The stretch wrapper overwraps the area where the break occurred. This assures proper load retention without operator intervention.

In addition, our stretch wrappers provide a standard category 3 safety cage system with controlled entrance. The controlled entrance offers operator safety and prevents operator access to hazards inside the safety cage. If there is an entrance request, all high voltage is disconnected outside the control panel and all gravity influenced hazards are latched and confirmed by the safety system before allowing operator access.

If you need non-concurrent wrapping, it is available where wrapping time requirements impact palletizer capabilities. The limitation is 40 loads per hour and is based on 60” load height.

  Build loads on a pallet, on a slip sheet only, or unsupported
